Delhi Police Supports Salman Khan’s Message Against Online Trolling

Mumbai: Salman Khan’s remarks against online trolling and body-shaming of women on Bigg Boss 20 have received support from Delhi Police.

During the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman spoke about the abuse faced by women and actresses on social media.

He also criticised intrusive paparazzi practices and questioned the way celebrities, particularly actresses, are photographed in public.

Delhi Police later shared a public awareness notice on X, tagging Salman Khan and using hashtags including #RespectWomen and #BiggBoss. The notice stated, “Trolling is not only a comment. It can become harassment, leaving a lasting impact. Think Type Respect. It’s Done, Bro…”

The actor also addressed trolling aimed at him over his age, appearance and physique. He went shirtless on the show and said, “Of course, I am 60 years old, yaar.”

Salman further said he knows what people write about him online but chooses not to give importance to trolls. He also discussed his bald appearance, clarifying that it is for his upcoming film with Nayanthara, while dismissing rumours about health problems and a hair transplant.
