A video showing a large convoy of vehicles carrying saffron flags is being widely shared on social media with the claim that members of Hindu organisations are travelling to Delhi to counter the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) protest against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.
The video is being circulated ahead of the CJP’s October 10 demonstration at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, with social media users suggesting that Hindu organisations have begun mobilising their supporters to oppose the protest.
A Facebook user posted the viral post with the following caption:
Hindu organizations have launched Operation “Catch the Cockroaches.”
A large number of people from Hindu organizations have left for Jantar Mantar.
Bhaag Abhijeet Dipke Bhaaag!
Now you know why I am chilled out most of the time when u pull your hair and jump like a Frog

NM VERIFIED
NewsMobile investigated the viral post and found the claims to be false.
To verify the video, the NewsMobile team conducted a reverse image search using keyframes from the viral footage.
The search led us to an Instagram post shared by an account named @rana_ashish_singh on February 21, 2023, featuring the same visuals.

This indicated that the video was available online more than three years before the October 2026 protests.
Taking the investigation further, we conducted additional searches and found the same footage shared by a Facebook page named Knowledge is Divine on December 12, 2022.
We also came across an even older Instagram post uploaded by @royal__rajputana__ on November 14, 2022, carrying the same video.

These posts establish that the viral footage has been circulating on social media since at least November 2022, nearly four years before the CJP’s planned demonstration in Delhi.
However, we could not independently establish the exact location where the video was originally recorded or the purpose of the vehicle rally.
Thus, it is evident that the viral video does not show members of Hindu organisations travelling to Delhi to counter the CJP’s October 10 protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming to show members of Hindu organisations are travelling to Delhi to counter the CJP protest against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, is false.
