NewsMobile investigated the viral video and found it to be AI-generated and digitally manipulated.
A reverse image search of multiple keyframes from the video, along with relevant keyword searches, yielded no credible evidence supporting the claim. NewsMobile could not find any authentic video, official social media post or credible media report showing Salman Khan and Salim Khan together in the manner depicted in the viral clip.
A frame-by-frame analysis of the footage also revealed several tell-tale signs of manipulation, including unnatural facial features, inaccurate lip-syncing, distorted body movements, inconsistent body proportions, and irregular lighting and shadows. The background also appeared unusually smooth, lacking the realistic depth and texture typically seen in authentic footage.
To further verify the claim, NewsMobile analysed the video using Hive Moderation, an AI detection tool. The tool flagged the footage as AI-generated with a high probability, providing further evidence that the viral clip had been digitally fabricated.
In conclusion, the viral video purportedly showing Salman Khan with his father, Salim Khan, is AI-generated and digitally manipulated.
